TRADITIONAL CONTACT POINTS
Our traditional contact points are made of high-quality stainless steel, composed of chromium and nickel. Stainless steel is widely used in everyday household products, for its strong, durable, and corrosion resistant metal.
Although the majority of pets do not experience any issues with the traditional stainless steel contact points, some canines may be more sensitive than others to the nickel component.
Symptoms of an allergic reaction may consist of irritation, redness, hair loss, or sores. In the event of an allergic reaction, it is advisable to discontinue use of the product until the symptoms subside and consider switching to a hypoallergenic contact point or comfort pad.
