If your product is outside the warranty period, replacement components may still be available at discounted pricing.

How to Find Your Product Model & Serial Number
Remote / Transmitter
The product model and serial number are located under the rear skin of the transmitter. If a belt clip or Anywear™ clip is installed, remove it before removing the rear skin.
Receiver / Collar
The product model and serial number are located between the contact points on the receiver. If a comfort pad is installed, remove it to view the information.
