If you would like to return a product purchased directly from E-Collar Technologies, please start with our Support Assistant.

The Support Assistant will collect the information needed for your return request and submit it to our Customer Service team for review.

After the Support Assistant opens, please select Return Request.

Return Policy

Products purchased directly from E-Collar Technologies, Inc. may be returned within 60 days from the date of purchase for a refund.

After 60 days, the manufacturer’s warranty applies to defects or malfunctioning units. If you are experiencing a product issue, the Support Assistant can help determine the appropriate next step.

Once your return request has been reviewed and approved, return instructions will be provided. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend keeping your tracking number until your refund has been processed, as E-Collar Technologies cannot be responsible for items lost during return transit.

Refunds are typically processed within 1–2 weeks after your package is received by our returns department. In many cases, refunds are issued sooner. Processing time includes the time required to inspect and process the return, as well as the time required for your financial institution to post the refund.
