International Shipping
– Many countries impose restrictions on items that can be brought into their borders. It is the receiver’s responsibility to provide all necessary information and documentation to facilitate the customs clearance of the shipment.
– Your customs agency may require additional information, such as your EORI, VAT, EIN, or tax number.
– Your products may be subject to inspection, and you will be responsible for arranging the examination and subsequent release of the goods.
– You may need to obtain specific licenses or certificates to clear your shipment through your customs agency.
– The de minimis value in your country determines whether local customs will impose a duty or tax on your shipment.
– Duties and VAT are calculated based on a percentage of the total customs value of the goods, which includes the item value, insurance, and shipping costs.
– Any duties and taxes associated with your international shipment will be billed directly to you by the global carrier, and you will be responsible for making arrangements to settle the bill prior to delivery.
– Packages that are returned or abandoned due to failure to meet import requirements in your country will not be eligible for a refund.
