For us to effectively process your warranty claim, we may need to schedule a call to troubleshoot with you to determine the correct course of action.
Misuse, improper maintenance, lost or stolen units, and dog damage are not covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.
We will need the product model and serial number from the component you are experiencing an issues with.
